Welcome to Holistic Health Yoga! 

At Holistic Health Yoga, we believe in the power of yoga to transform lives, both online and offline. Our studio is the vision of a dedicated yoga couple, Kalpana and Banish. With their extensive knowledge and years of experience, they have created a space where individuals of all levels can embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. 
 
Kalpana, our founder & lead instructor, holds a Masters in Yogic Science and is a certified Naturopath and Face Yoga Trainer. Her deep understanding of the human body and its connection to the mind allows her to guide her students with expertise and compassion. Through her own self-practice, she has honed her skills and developed a unique approach to yoga that focuses on nurturing the body and soul. 
 
Banish, our co-founder, has pursued his passion for yoga through a PG Diploma in Yogic Science and Advanced Yoga Trainings at various prestigious institutes. His dedication to yoga goes beyond the physical practice, as he delves into the ancient roots of this ancient art form. With a gentle yet firm guidance, Banish empowers his students to explore their limits and tap into their inner strength. 
Since our establishment in 2020, Holistic Health Yoga has attracted individuals from all walks of life who have sought solace and rejuvenation through our classes. We understand that starting a yoga practice can be intimidating, especially for beginners. That’s why our classes are thoughtfully designed to be accessible to all, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you’re taking your first steps on the yoga path or looking to deepen your practice, we have a class suited just for you. 
 
In addition to our regular classes, we also organize yoga workshops where we delve deeper into specialized aspects of yoga. These workshops provide an opportunity for our students to expand their knowledge and experience the full potential of yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.
